Tessa Thompson, MSW, APSW, SAC-IT, finds joy in empowering, inspiring, and engaging women around her and in the wider community. As a first-generation college and graduate student, Tessa uses her gifts and the opportunities she’s been given to her clients as a social worker, business owner, mother, veteran, wife, daughter, and sister.

 Having a lot to juggle herself, she understands that constant feeling of overwhelm, trying to reach unsustainable joy society promises us, while being present for the communities she serves. Her journey, though not easy, allowed her to crack the code on living a life you love.
